Building defect reports

Our building defect reports are brief reports which focus mainly on major issues identified by the client, confirming the surveyor’s findings and outlining any remedial works. The building defect report is not a substitute for a full building survey and will only cover defects within the client’s scope.

This type of report is particularly useful in providing a guide to anyone contemplating the purchase of a property for renovation or repair, or for any home owner, builder or architect wanting to understand the extent of the defect and the related remedial works.
